So, what’s this going to cost me?
This home leases on a 12-month lease for $1595.00 per month. Residents would be responsible for the utilities and the lawn/snow removal. The security deposit is $1500 and we have a $40 application fee. Pet fees apply if applicable (see here for info).
I’d like to see the home. Can I stop by for a tour?
The home is occupied through the middle of June. Because of the large amount of tour request we have received and out of the privacy of the current residents, we are not offering tours at this time. We will have a 3D/Virtual tour available as well as a floor plan later next week. We will do showings once the current resident has moved out or with a pre-approved application ahead of time.
