Can you tell me a little about what you currently have available?

Sure! We currently have a 1 bedroom/1 bath and multiple 2 bedroom/1 bath apartments available for April and May.

 

What should I know about the apartment?

Our apartments are approximately 750 sq. feet and have a large, open kitchen that leads into a large living room. There is plenty of closet space throughout to include a kitchen pantry, a coat closet, and a linen closet. The lower units feature a walk out patio and the upper units have an oversized premium deck.

 

So, what’s this going to cost me?

Units start at $850 per month and includes the gas, heat, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and parking. Residents would be responsible for electric and any wifi/cable options you should want. The security deposit is $600.00 deposit and we have a $40 application fee. Pet fees apply if applicable (see here for info).

 

Are there any hidden fee’s?

Nope! What you see above is what you’ll pay!

 

Is the first month’s rent prorated?

You better believe it!

 

When can I move in?

We have apartments coming available over the next couple of weeks. You will want to secure a unit soon as they go quick! We will also have additional units open up throughout the summer.

 

Do you accept section 8 or another form of vouchers?

We are not a low income or government assisted property. However, we will work with any assistance program as long as you qualify through the application process (see below).

 

What is the parking situation?

Each apartment has one assigned carport and one open parking spot. Some units also include a fully enclosed garage with opener.

 

I have an issue on my credit or background, can I explain?

Can I bring my awesome pet?

Yes… well most of them anyways. Our insurance does have some restrictions. Take a look here.

 

Where is the Apartment located?

We have two small communities located in Grandville, Hamilton Park Apartments and Grandvilla Apartments.

 

I’d like to see an apartment. Can I stop by for a tour?

We’d love to schedule a tour for you! Our leasing staff runs between multiple properties throughout Grand Rapids so be sure to call and schedule a tour ahead of time.

 

Do I need to apply before I can see the property?

No, we do not require that you apply before you visit the apartment. 


With that being said… our apartments tend to lease quickly. If you are worried about missing out on a property, we highly recommend you apply.

Is your application fee refundable?

The $40 application fee is not refundable. The fee covers the cost to process the application.
